Terms of Service

1. The service

Citevolt (operated by Ourix, Evgeni Karb, Bertrand-Russell-Allee 8, 18147 Rostock, Germany) delivers AI-optimized blog content to your Shopify store on a monthly subscription. We write posts structured to be cited by AI search engines including ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews, and publish them directly to your Shopify blog.

By subscribing, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't subscribe.

2. Plans and pricing

• Starter - $297/mo: 4 posts per month. Billed monthly. Month-to-month.
• Growth - $497/mo: 8 posts per month. Billed monthly. Month-to-month.
• Scale - $697/mo: 12 posts per month. Billed monthly. Month-to-month.

All prices are in USD. Billing is handled by Stripe and recurs automatically on your monthly anniversary date. You authorize us to charge the payment method on file until you cancel.

3. Onboarding

After subscribing, you will receive an intake form by email within 10 minutes. You must complete the intake form within 7 days for us to begin your content program. If the form is not completed within 7 days, your first delivery window will shift accordingly. We are not liable for delays caused by incomplete or late intake submissions.

Your first post goes live within 7 days of intake form completion.

4. Payment and failed billing

Subscriptions renew monthly. If a payment fails, we will retry once after 3 days and once again after 7 days. If payment is not collected within 7 days of the renewal date, content delivery pauses until payment is resolved. We will notify you by email at each stage.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time by emailing hello@citevolt.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial-month refunds are issued for periods already started.

Posts already delivered to your Shopify store remain on your store after cancellation. They are yours.

6. Content ownership

All blog content delivered to your Shopify store is your property upon delivery. Citevolt transfers all rights to delivered content at the time of publication. We retain no license, claim, or interest in published posts.

You grant Citevolt a limited license to access your Shopify store solely to publish content on your behalf.

7. 90-day performance guarantee

If after 90 days from your first published post, your content is not ranking for at least 10 target keywords AND your site has not been cited in at least one AI search engine (ChatGPT, Perplexity, or Google AI Overviews), we will continue delivering content at no charge until both conditions are met.

The guarantee does not apply if:

• You did not complete the intake form within 7 days of subscribing.
• You requested a pause or suspension of content delivery during the 90-day window.
• You deleted or unpublished the delivered posts from your Shopify store.
• Your store was not live, had fewer than 10 active products, or changed its primary product category during the guarantee period.

8. Acceptable use

Citevolt accepts Shopify stores selling legal consumer products. We do not accept stores selling or promoting: CBD, THC, cannabis, prescription pharmaceuticals, medical devices, firearms, ammunition, adult content, or any product category regulated under applicable law such that automated content production would create compliance risk.

We reserve the right to terminate any subscription and refund the unused portion if we determine a store falls into a disqualified category after signup.

9. Limitation of liability

Citevolt provides a content production and publication service. We do not guarantee specific search rankings, revenue outcomes, or citation frequency. AI search engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google) are third-party products whose behavior changes without notice. We are not liable for changes to their citation algorithms or ranking logic that affect your results.

Our liability to you for any claim arising from use of Citevolt is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days immediately prior to the claim.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Rostock, Germany, unless applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.

We do not participate in consumer arbitration proceedings. The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/odr.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email to active subscribers at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance.
